Newcomer Narratives is an organization designed to help newcomers transition to a new environment, especially for students in school, by giving tips from people who already immigrated. It is meant to be a website that provides advice and support through a podcast, written ideas, and a blog.

Nikki Rajan is the founder and creator of Newcomer Narratives. Seeing the difficult challenges her immigrant peers faced in public schools, she sought ways to create a more inclusive and welcoming environment. In this, she has created a podcast that is used to accommodate newer students to her school. Nikki looks forward to finding new ways to ease the transition process and further her impact.
