Newcomer Narratives was officially posted by Virginia Senator Schuyler VanValkenburg! We are so grateful for the representation and are very excited to keep working with the government to gain recognition for our newcomer students. Nikki recently went to talk with the Senator earlier in the week to discuss issues we can target and how to get more representation and policies supporting ELL(English Language Learners) and ML(Multilingual Learners) students in Virginia.
